Know all men by these presents that my son Jarvis Jackson McFadden who is 19 years old and Kate McFadden who is about 18 years old and Ruth Ann McFadden who is about 16 years old and who are my daughters and that they are desirous to be released from any further service to me and to act as free and independent citizens and whereas I am willing that they should be thus released and have full control to act and do as if they were 21 years old.  I hereby release and emancipate them from any further control of mine and vest them with all the right and privileges of persons who are 21 years of age.  But I am not to be responsible for any of their debts whatever.
