Plat of cemetery after relocation to Rest Haven

Shows location of each grave site relocated to Rest Haven.

Are designated on marker as 3/1 or 3/23 etc., with the

number "3" designating the cemetery from which the remains

were removed.  In this instance the "3" is the Rogers Ford

Cemetery.  The next number is the new grave number.

These numbers will appear on the aluminum markers.  Please

note that remains from all tenHomethat were displaced by

the construction of Laurel Lake were moved to a parcel

of property beside Rest Haven in Corbin, Kentucky.  While Rogers

Ford Cemetery was the largest if you are looking at the other

nine relocatedHomethe remains are probably here as well..

This listing below are ONLY those remains moved FROM

Rogers Ford Cemetery to Rest Haven.  I have not documented

the other relocated cemeteries.  If you had ancestors

who lived on the section of Laurel River that was affected by the

construction of Laurel Lake chances are this cemetery is of

interest to you.
