Sandra Hope McCabe
Sandra Hope McCabe, age 48 of 99 Sammy Drive, Fairfield, Ohio died at the Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati at 12:37 p.m. on September 10, 1994. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 5, 1946. The daughter of Joseph and Mildred (Furginson) Davis. She graduated from Lakota High School and Hamilton Program of Practical Nursing. She worked for Mercy Hospital in Hamilton and Fairfield as a practical nurse for twenty-nine years, until her disability in October 1993. She was a very active member in the God's Temple.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mildred Davis of Hamilton; son, Mr. Shawn McCabe of Fairfield; a step-son, Pat McCabe and wife Charlotte of Jacksonville, Florida; a step-daughter, Linda McCabe of Fairfield; three grandchildren, a brother, Mr. Gene Davis and wife, Marianne of Middletown a half brother, Mr. Joseph M. Davis of California; her ex-husband, Mr. Orvin P. McCabe of Lawrenceville, Georgia; several nieces and nephews, and two great nieces.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Webb-Noonan funeral home, with Rev. John W. Carter Jr. and Rev. Darrell Alexander, Officiating, singer Billie Arnett. Visitation will be 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with burial in the Greenwood Cemetery.
